Though Ghost Donkey is listed on The Cosmopolitian website, they only give you a general location (Level 2, Boulevard Tower). Within the Famous Foods Street Eats food court, you’ll see a small convenience store called Ms. Though this is typically the entire point of speakeasies, many in Las Vegas aren’t so well hidden. There is also no signage to point you in the general direction. It is located on the new Resorts World property, and while it is listed under the dining options on their website, there is no information on hours, menu, location, etc. Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den is one of the most well-hidden Las Vegas speakeasies.
